  • Conduct software quality assurance analysis and software application testing.
  • Support holistic testing efforts for multiple projects and software releases, including integration, system, regression, performance and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop, execute and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test scripts.
  • Design automation frameworks and scripts and perform automation and manual testing of software defects and enhancements in mutli-tier eCommerce, desktop and mobile website environment.
  • Perform regression testing of site functionality throughout the full software development lifecycle (SDLC/STLC).
  • Perform extended testing on non-functional requirements including software application performance (application response time), Security related (PCI compliance), cookies/cache (temporary user data in browser), Network related (application in low / mid-range network bandwidth), outage related validations, Page reload/Refresh, Browser Forward/Back button validations.
  • Track and report metrics.
  • Technical environment: software quality test tools (Confluence, JIRA), Visual Studio Team Foundation Server (TFS), Visual Studio Test Professional, MS Test Manager, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, HTML, angular web application framework, Application Monitoring Tools (Akamai, Dynatrace), App Remote monitoring, Application debugging tools (Fiddler), Jenkins, Github, Test execution (Sanity/Adhoc Testing, Functional/Feature testing, Integration, System Testing, Regression Testing, Risk based testing, Edge Based Testing, Black /White box testing, web services (API) testing), Test Complete/Protractor Automated Regression Tools, Confluence, SQL, Javascript, JQuery, MS Access, Excel.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Technology or related field plus two years of progressive experience in the job offered or with software development/quality assurance required.
  • Required Skills: software quality development and testing using Confluence, JIRA; hands on automation testing, desktop and mobile website testing; testing: Sanity/ Adhoc, Functional/Feature, Integration, System, Regression, Risk based, Edge Based, Black/White box, API; Fiddler, Akamai, Jenkins, Github, full SDLC/STLC, HTML, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Angular web application framework, Test Complete or Protractor or Selenium; SQL.
