Position Responsibilities
  • Conduct manual testing of site defects and new enhancements.
  • Support holistic testing efforts for multiple projects and software releases, including integration, system, regression, performance and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop, execute and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test scripts.
  • Design automation frameworks and scripts and perform automation and manual testing of software defects and enhancements in mutli-tier eCommerce, desktop and mobile website environment.
  • Coordinate testing across multiple web environments (eCommerce, mobile, punchout) for the company's U.S., Canada and Mexico websites.
  • Review website specification documents provided by the Business Analysis team.
  • Work with internal and external development teams and vendors.
  • Track and report metrics.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years experience in software and web quality assurance testing.
  • Ability to coordinate test environments and test data for all planned testing.
  • Prior eCommerce experience in a B2B / B2C web environment preferred.
  • Mobile website testing preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Test Manager / TFS preferred.
  • Experience with automated testing tools (TestComplete preferred).
  • Required Skills: software quality development and testing; Confluence; hands on automation testing, desktop and mobile website testing; testing: Sanity/ Adhoc, Functional/Feature, Integration, System, Regression, Black/White box, full SDLC/STLC, HTML, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Angular web application framework, Test Complete or Selenium; SQL.
