Position Responsibilities
  • Audit software licensing across desktop and server environments, including Windows desktop, Windows Server, Macintosh, Red Hat, AIX and AS400 to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.
  • Travel and perform physical audits of IT equipment at Uline facilities.
  • Develop technologies to facilitate auditing and data collection.
  • Assist with software license tracking and renewals for software maintenance.
  • Update existing documentation for changes in processes and prepare control documentation, flowcharts and policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing training and course materials for software asset management at Uline.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years experience in software license management.
  • 3+ years experience in IT hardware asset management or auditing preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with IT employees, peers, executive managers and vendors.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and thrive under a multi-project workload.
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Available for travel to Uline's domestic and international branches.
