Position Responsibilities
  • Review, audit and analyze operational data to monitor international operations and provide recommendations that drive improved performance for operations in Canada and Mexico.
  • Maintain database and publish frequent and year-end metrics reports. Determine business trends and status.
  • Develop regular and ad-hoc analyses and reports as needed.
  • Write succinct and actionable memos to executive leadership.
  • Work closely with Merchandising, Compliance, and other departments.
  • Assist in identifying, researching, and managing local sourcing opportunities in Mexico.
  • Obtain and maintain database of special product certifications and item documentation for Mexico and Canada.
  • Review and recommend potential enhancements to Uline catalog for Mexico.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years experience.
  • MBA in supply chain management or operations research preferred.
  • Proficient in SQL, Access and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of databases. Advanced skills in data mining, extraction and analysis.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multitask.
  • Previous product management experience preferred.
  • 100% Bilingual (English / Spanish) and strong understanding of Mexican business culture and communication required.
