Lead Uline’s Business Intelligence team to provide data-driven insights and solutions.

Position Responsibilities
  • Set policies, standards and best practices for Business Intelligence.
  • Work across departments to prioritize data development needs.
  • Communicate project performance results to company leadership.
  • Direct the evaluation of new Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse products.
  • Participate in critical systems tests.
  • Support Data Warehouse, Reporting and Analytics solutions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 15 to 20 professionals.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
  • 15+ years Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse experience.
  • 6 to 8 years of leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate at an executive level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to teach and mentor other employees.
