Curiosity meets passion! The National Sales Manager - Key Accounts at Uline acts as liaison between Corporate and Branch Sales while owning our Key Account Manager (KAM) program.

Position Responsibilities
  • Support our field KAMs with customer requests while guiding strategy.
  • Create a cadence for communications relating to KAM program.
  • Develop a performance dashboard measuring success.
  • Manage KAM team and individuals.
  • Grow relationships with large clients.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure client satisfaction with products/services while meeting business requirements.
  • Escalate and resolve issues.
  • Capitalize on growth opportunities by partnering across teams.
  • Update internal website to ensure all are aware of client changes.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years experience in sales management preferred.
  • Ability to travel to Uline's branches and customers, 6 to 8 trips per year
