Location: 12657 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI 53144 Thanks to the success of our recent hiring events, Uline will be hosting another socially distant, in-person interview event for warehouse and customer service positions. We will be following CDC guidelines, requiring temperature checks for all participants, requiring physical distancing and sanitizing interview areas between interviews.
Registration is required to secure an interview time slot.
Warehouse Associate: Day and Night Shifts Available Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements
Work independently to pick, pack and ship orders.
Progress in your warehouse career from Packer to LTL Order Picker.
Get certified on multiple pieces of industrial equipment.
Contribute to our industry leading safety record.
Report to Warehouse Management Team.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive warehouse environment.
Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.
Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
Attention to detail and good time management skills.
Warehouse Management Trainee: Day and Night Shifts Available Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements
Learn all aspects of distribution (UPS, freight, returns, receiving, restock and transfers) through our Rotational Management Program.
Train and develop Warehouse Manager / Management skills while leading and motivating others.
Become certified on forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Thrive in a fast-paced, warehouse environment.
Willing to relocate (with support) to another Uline Warehouse location as needed.
Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements
Rotate and train on each aspect of the warehouse / distribution processes on all shifts (UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock and Transfers).
Cross-train in all warehouse Team Lead / Manager functions on both shifts.
Provide daily hands-on support for the department.
Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.
Provide recommendations on process improvement and assists in implementation.
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3 years warehouse experience, with supervisory experience in a high volume, fast-paced distribution operation preferred.
Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred.
Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred.
Day Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM Night Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 9:30 PM to 6 AM or Sunday - Thursday, 7:30 PM to 4 AM
Customer Service Representative and Bilingual Customer Service Representative Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements
Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
Help customers navigate Uline's website and place orders online.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Bilingual - 100% fluent in both English / Spanish (read, speak, write) (bilingual only).

Hours: alternative schedules available, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM 5 days per week
