Uline is looking for an eager, professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM
- Operate a multiple-line switchboard for incoming calls, minimizing hold times for callers.
- Direct calls accurately and with ease.
- Perform data entry and order office supplies.
- Welcome and assist job applicants, visitors, vendors, employees and customers in person and on the phone.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 - 3 years prior office experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Professional demeanor, appearance and customer service skills.
