Position Responsibilities

  • Serve as key liaison between all departments and the HRIT team.

  • Collaborate with departments to identify, document and communicate business needs and provide HRIT solutions.

  • Plan, elicit, capture, analyze and validate business and functional requirements.

  • Facilitate requirements sessions and walkthroughs with business and HRIT resources.

  • Perform current state analysis of existing HR systems, applications and functions.

  • Plan, facilitate and execute system / functional testing and UAT for projects and enhancements.

  • Assist in audits, investigate root causes and provide analyses and recommendations for improvement in business operations.

  • Recommend growth and cost saving opportunities and participate with business leaders on implementation.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 3+ years experience in a business operations / business analyst role.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Exceptional communication, teamwork and leadership skills that foster a collaborative environment.

  • Experience working with Workday a plus.
