Position Responsibilities

  • Prepare capital requests and budgets for approval.

  • Review and analyze financial results.

  • Prepare spend requests outside of the normal operating budget.

  • Prepare financial reports for management.

  • Review vendor contracts and invoices and provide feedback.

  • Assist with vendor contract negotiations.

  • Produce schedules and timelines.

  • Assist in project management as assigned.

  • Pull data, run reports and create larger maintenance schedules using the department work order system.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree. Major in Finance preferred.

  • 2 years analyst experience.

  • Real estate or property management experience a plus.

  • Excellent time-management skills.

  • Ability to multi-task.
