Position Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Department Manager in day-to-day operations of a specified area (UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock and Transfers).

• Assist with leading a team of approximately 20 – 30 warehouse personnel.

• Provide daily hands-on support for the department.

• Assist the Warehouse Department Manager in monitoring productivity, daily workflow, accuracy and error rates.

• Make process improvement recommendations and assist with implementation.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 3+ years warehouse experience, supervisory experience within a high volume, fast-paced distribution environment preferred.

• Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred.

• Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented.

• MUST be available to travel for initial training at Uline's other domestic locations.
