• Manage paid search campaigns across job board sites to help meet Uline’s recruitment advertising goals.

• Analyze keyword and campaign performance alongside hiring forecasts, recruitment demands and market factors to optimize campaigns.

• Prepare reporting based on in-depth analysis to communicate recruitment advertising effectiveness and recommend improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with HR teams, management and vendors to refine campaign targeting and job board spending.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

• 2+ years of experience managing paid search programs or job boards.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in Google and Bing ads and Google Analytics or similar platforms is a plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with an eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
