Position Responsibilities
Oversee Uline’s Backorder and Custom / Drop-Ship operations with a focus on quality, speed and accuracy.
Direct leaders on how to review and analyze department results to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Monitor and report on gross profit, returns, vendor performance and customer comments.
Guide and develop team leaders by meeting on performance, progress and improvement plans.
Collaborate with Purchasing, Product and Marketing teams to improve customer service processes and identify new product opportunities.
Build and maintain vendor relationships to expedite problem resolution and improve overall service.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of experience in Customer Service or Product Management, including 2-3 years of management experience.
Knowledge of Order Entry, Purchase Order Systems and Microsoft Office.
Available for travel to Uline’s North American branches and to vendors.
