Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 10+ years of hands-on management experience in 250,000+ square-foot distribution centers, including recruitment and motivation of a 500+ employee team.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
