• Learn about, understand and positively impact operations.

• Review and analyze data and reports to identify strengths and weakness in business processes and evaluate operational effectiveness.

• Investigate root causes and work with cross-functional areas to provide analysis and recommendations for business operation improvements.

• Present reports to Uline’s President and senior leaders with recommendations and action plans.

• Lead audits of branches, departments or business areas and provide informed suggestions and feedback.

• Act as a liaison between Uline's President and business departments.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. MBA a plus.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Experience with pulling data and SQL a plus.

• Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills, with impeccable attention to detail.

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to express information concisely.
