This position is located at Uline's branch in Naples.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of Uline’s 100-acre campus by overseeing mowing, weeding, fertilizing, planting, pruning, watering and pest / disease control.

• Meet weekly with our landscape vendor to discuss progress and needs.

• Manage deliveries, planting and removal of all seasonal plant material.

• Develop knowledge of irrigation and turf maintenance.

• Perform landscape and irrigation system audits and write corresponding reports.

• Inspect and ensure landscape equipment is in safe operating condition.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Certificate / diploma in turf management preferred.

• Landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is preferred, but if you want to develop a working knowledge of lawn care and equipment, we’ll train you!

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to lift / move up to 70 lbs.

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
