• Standardize billing procedures for consistency and quality across North America, noting country-specific needs.

• Manage system and process issues, conduct root cause analyses and ensure smooth third-party service connections.

• Lead special projects, establishing clear goals, engaging the team and meeting milestones.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. Major in Finance or Business preferred.

• 3+ years in business process optimization, change management or a related area.

• 3+ years in process automation and analytics.

• Proficiency in Excel and SQL.

• Agile project management experience preferred.
