• Oversee a team of analysts to ensure quality work completed in a timely manner with accuracy and data integrity.

• Review business processes to identify, develop and implement improvements that drive efficiency.

• Participate in critical technology modernization projects across the department and broader business.

• Serve as business liaison between technology vendors and Uline IT to support business needs.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. Major in Business or Computer Science preferred.

• 3+ years of experience as an Analyst with a strong knowledge in creating queries, writing reports and presenting findings.

• Advanced Excel, SQL and VBA sills with experience implementing solutions.

• Proven leadership experience providing coaching, mentoring and feedback.

• Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
