Position Responsibilities

• Assist customers over phone calls and emails with managing their accounts and resolving outstanding balances.

• Document customer financial status and collection efforts.

• Provide superior service to internal and external customers including but not limited to the Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams.

• Review department processes and recommend workflow improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 1+ years of Collections or Customer Service experience.

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

• Strong understanding of collections processes and systems.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
