Position Responsibilities

• Support customers over the phone and through email to process order payments.

• Work with customers who have special billing requirements to pay invoices.

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve product returns, rebills or any customer invoicing issues.

• Ensure invoices are issued accurately and timely.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
