Position Responsibilities? 

• Lead a team of maintenance mechanics and warehouse administrators, assigning and prioritizing work to maximize efficiency, productivity, and equipment uptime.

• Manage part inventories, including ordering, receiving, and stocking spare parts.

• Perform preventive maintenance on automated warehouse equipment and warehouse vehicles, such as forklifts.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities, and Operations teams to optimize equipment performance.

Minimum Requirements 

• Associate's degree or equivalent technical / vocational training.

• 8+ years of mechanic experience leading teams.

• Ability to travel twice per year for projects at Uline’s North American facilities.

• Strong ability to work independently, lead team efforts, mentor others and communicate effectively.
