Position Responsibilities

• Serve as Uline's quality expert for an assigned product line, analyzing customer comments and product returns to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with product managers, purchasing vendors and warehouse teams to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
• Work directly with Uline vendors to facilitate the product return and credit process.
• Assist with new product and vendor check-ins to ensure all products meet Uline’s quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Proficient Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
