Position Responsibilities

• Lead training for Uline’s Accounts Payable team, supporting employees from onboarding through ongoing skill development.
• Create and maintain training materials, including job aids, process documentation and engaging e-learning content.
• Partner with AP leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and improve learning programs.
• Communicate department process updates, policy changes and best practices to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Monitor employee progress, partnering with AP leadership on coaching and follow-up training.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in Finance, Training or Education. Experience in Accounts Payable a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Experience teaching, coaching or developing others preferred.
• Experience creating training materials or e-learning content preferred.
