Position Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations for the Billing Department, ensuring invoices are issued arcuately and timely.

• Lead, mentor and develop Billing Team Leads and Specialists, creating a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

• Monitor department performance and key metrics to maintain productivity and quality standards.

• Partner with internal teams to resolve complex billing issues and improve the order-to-cash process.

• Review billing workflows, policies and controls to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and accuracy.

• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management to build a strong, engaged team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) – 100% fluent in both verbal and written forms.

• 5+ years of Billing experience with 3+ years in a supervisory role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.

• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
