Position Responsibilities
  • Analyze and develop solutions addressing customer EDI / Punchout needs.
  • Qualify, develop and implement EDI / Punchout partnerships with Uline customers.
  • Act as liaison between eCommerce, Sales, IT and our customers.
  • Facilitate "Implementation Kickoff" calls and be the go-between for IT and customers.
  • Assist with testing new EDI / Punchout implementations and troubleshooting issues.
  • Assist in prioritizing customer initiatives.
  • Prepare EDI / Punchout progress reports that support internal partners.
  • Help maintain and develop procedure guides, marketing material and knowledge documentation.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years experience.
  • EDI (810 Invoice, 850 Purchase Order, 855-PO Acknowledgement) or Punchout experience a plus.
