Come join our sales team! Uline will be in Seattle conducting in-person interviews for multiple sales positions for the greater Seattle area. We will be following local and CDC guidelines for all interviews.

Uline is proud to operate as a drug-free workplace. All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Sales Account Manager
Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements
  • 3+ years outside sales representative / sales account manager experience.
  • Actively manage and grow accounts in a unique territory as a sales account manager. This will include a large, pre-existing customer base
  • Use our huge catalog with over 38,500 items to sell product solutions to large and small companies.
  • Use your outside sales experience to prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships.
  • Understand each customer's sales needs to provide real, effective solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, exciting work environment.
  • Detail-oriented and hardworking
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must.
  • Able to travel for multi-day National Training and Sales Events.

Sales Account Representative
Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements
  • 1 - 3 years of outside sales representative / sales account representative experience preferred.
  • Actively manage and grow accounts in a large, pre-existing customer base as a sales account representative.
  • Use our huge catalog of over 38,500 items to sell product solutions to companies of all sizes.
  • Visit customers to understand their sales needs, provide real, practical solutions and deliver exceptional support.
  • Use your outside sales experience to prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships.
  • As a top 25 e-commerce website in the US, proudly educate customers on how easy it is to shop 24/7.
  • Represent Uline, a brand known for fast delivery, quality products and the best service in the industry.
  • Bachelor's degree a must.
  • A valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
  • Able to travel from your home base for sales meetings and customer visits.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must.
  • Willing to relocate (with support) to another location as needed.
  • Able to travel for multi-day National Training and Sales Events.
Sales Manager
Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years sales management / sales manager experience with proven field sales experience and results.
  • As a Uline Sales Manager, manage sales activity of a team of 8 - 10 sales representatives.
  • Recruit, retain and motivate top sales talent to ensure the highest levels of service and performance.
  • Work with National Sales and Training Managers to implement sales strategies and ensure training procedures are followed.
  • Perform regular joint sales calls and work closely with strategic accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales goals.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong leadership and training skills a must.
  • Ability to motivate, inspire and lead a professional sales team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.
  • Travel to various customers throughout Washington, Oregon and Idaho as needed.
  • Travel to Uline’s domestic locations as needed.
