Position Responsibilities

  • Develop advertising plans and events to attract new buyers and improve retention of existing customers.

  • Responsible for media planning, negotiating and buying cross-channel marketing platforms, from radio and print to social and digital.

  • Manage multiple Analyst and / or Coordinator-level direct reports.

  • Collaborate with internal partners including Creative and International Marketing teams to ensure advertising matches business needs and is on-brand.

  • Manage Ad Agency relationship(s) to coordinate the development of creative content and ensure brand standards and voice are upheld.

  • Create and maintain advertising calendars along with executing scheduled campaigns.  Execution includes trafficking of ads, maintaining database of ad details and auditing of live ads versus planned. 

  • Support and report on campaign expenses by auditing and approving invoices, tracking expenses and maintaining annual budget.

  • Recommend campaign performance improvement opportunities and adjustments in high-paced environment with focus on business strategy, budget and ROI.

  • Audit data, trends and processes as well as competitors as it relates to campaigns and industry news to leverage insight for future campaigns.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.

  • Agency and / or Media Buying, including managing media budget experience a plus.

  • 3+ years experience in an advertising or direct marketing environment; multi-channel and / or subject matter expert in single channel.

  • Strong skillset in Microsoft Office.

  • Additional marketing platform skills preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
