Position Responsibilities

  • Guide employees on Workday position management, maintaining accurate headcount and openings in the HR system of record.

  • Establish partnerships with business leaders and other internal partners critical to staffing.

  • Develop reports and memos regarding workforce dynamics and Human Resources (HR) program effectiveness that impact hiring plan progress.

  • Support design and implementation of systems, reporting and processes to optimize workforce through Excel and Workday-based tools.

  • Collaborate with other functional workforce forecasting teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into the broader workforce plan.

  • Measure and assess hiring progress against existing workforce plans.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 3+ years in a Workforce Planning (WFM), HR Analyst or HR Business Partner role. 

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

  • Workday and Adaptive Insights experience.
