Position Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle recruiting to support staffing all levels of Uline’s Corporate Headquarters.

• Recruit quality active and passive candidates by sourcing, maintaining candidate pipelines, pursuing referrals and developing meaningful contacts.

• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.

• Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.

• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations to find talent.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

• 5+ years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience.

• Typical workweek includes one day at the Pleasant Prairie HQ.

• Available for travel to job fairs, university recruitment events and Uline's domestic branches.
