People Analytics Lead

Uline’s Human Resources team works hard to find and retain the best talent. As People Analytics Lead, you will track our current talent lineup, work with managers to identify skill deficits and forecast future needs for our growing company!

Position Responsibilities 

• Oversee analytics initiatives for assessing Uline’s workforce strategy including staffing, recruitment, retention, financial budgeting, employee activity, etc.

• Manage, train and develop workforce planning team and projects.

• Collaborate with management to identify areas for assessment, reporting and / or automation to facilitate informed business decisions.

• Handle advanced position management inquiries and issues in Workday.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.

• 5+ years of analytics or human resources experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Workday experience a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team or cross-functional projects.
