Position Responsibilities 

• Serve as an “in-house expert,” leading software development projects to improve application resiliency, developer experience and observability.

• Facilitate interdisciplinary discussions on technology adoption to critically assess gaps and propose solutions.

• Collaborate with Architects to engineer new technology to optimize existing architecture.

• Craft code for a high-scale Java microservices environment, conducting design and code reviews to ensure Uline design principles are followed.

• Mentor developers on design, tools, policies and processes.
