Set us up with the best in tech! Uline is looking for an IT Purchasing Associate to help get the right tools in place to support our industry-leading IT team.

Better together than apart. This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion.

Position Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate the purchase of internal IT products and services for a Fortune 500-sized company.

  • Create and place purchase orders, expediting deliveries on select products.

  • Send requests for internal approval to key stakeholders.

  • Craft reports and special projects.

  • Maintain knowledge of IT procurement, IT contracts and purchasing processes, workflows and practices.

Minimum Requirements 

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 0 - 2+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to complete projects with little direction.
