• Work closely with leadership to determine department training requirements and develop learning support for new and existing team members.

• Conduct training sessions covering areas such as onboarding, on-the-job training, new procedures and use of new technology.

• Mentor employees under guidance training periods and report their progress.

• Develop and maintain training curriculum and training manual / documentation.

• Publish written reports such as training memos and policy updates.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance preferred.

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Oracle knowledge a plus.

• Strong communication, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.
