Position Responsibilities

• Lead the development of business-driven data models for a data warehousing analytical environment.

• Design data models to ensure future business flexibility, ease of use and sustainable architecture.

• Consider Exact, Transform and Load (ETL) and Reporting challenges in designing data models.

• Participate in the establishment of Data Stewardship and Governance programs.

• Work with database architects on enterprise-wide IT strategies and technologies.

• Provide guidance, direction and support to business analysts.

• Present data model options and ideas to senior leadership. 

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

• 5+ years of data modeling experience.

• Broad knowledge and experience with data modeling concepts.

• Experience with SQL Server required, Erwin experience a plus.

• Adept at producing data modeling diagrams and presentations for use in communication with various levels of staff.

• Distribution / Manufacturing and 24/7 environment experience a plus.
