Position Responsibilities 

• Deliver our “Uline University” training programs which include orientation, onboarding, team building, professional skill and leadership skill development.

• Partner with stakeholders and conduct analysis to design effective training and development programs aligned to business objectives.

• Use instructional design practices and learning technology to identify the best solution to meet business needs.

• Identify key metrics for learning effectiveness and monitor results to continually improve course offerings.

• Coordinate new program implementation with Human Resources (HR) Business Partners and Trainers across the organization.

• Collaborate with Training and Development team to execute annual training plan and complete team projects.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.  

• Industry certifications preferred (e.g., DDI, DiSC, MBTI).

• 2 years previous experience in Facilitation and Training Design.

• Previous management or supervisory experience.

• Available to travel around 20% of the year to Uline’s North American locations.
