Position Responsibilities

• Coordinate invoice processing and expense tracking for IT consulting and IT hardware / software purchases.

• Manage weekly invoice hold reports, resolve discrepancies and code invoices accurately to the general ledger.

• Assist with physical inventory audits including reconciliations, findings and proposed changes to current processes.

• Update existing documentation for changes in processes and prepare control documentation, flowcharts and policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or relevant accounting experience preferred.

• Communicate effectively with IT employees, Finance colleagues, executive managers and vendors.

• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Access.
