Position Responsibilities
Review, audit and analyze operational data to identify issues.
Provide recommendations for improvement in international business operations for Canada and Mexico.
Create and manage reporting that monitors International operations and drives performance improvements.
Maintain database and publish daily, weekly, monthly and annual metrics reports and determine business trends and status.
Develop regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports.
Write succinct and actionable memos to be shared with executive-level leadership.
Advocate for the International branches within the corporate work environment.
Collaborate with the International branch analysts in best practices, querying skills and questioning trends and opportunities in data analysis.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
2+ years prior experience.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) and good understanding of Mexican culture and communication preferred.
Proficient in SQL, Access and Excel.
Experience creating using Power BI reporting tools a plus.
Strong knowledge of databases. Advanced data mining, extraction and analysis skills.
Knowledge in supply chain, transportation, inventory and operations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
