Product Quality Analyst

Position Responsibilities

• Become Uline’s quality expert in a given product line.

• Analyze customer comments and product returns to identify trends.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve quality concerns.

• Work directly with Uline vendors to facilitate the product return and credit process.

• Assist with new product, secondary vendor and new vendor check-ins; ensuring all products adhere to Uline’s highest standards of quality.

• Coordinate all aspects of the quality improvement/control process through to completion.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

• Extremely organized with relentless attention to detail.

• Proven ability to multi-task and finish projects accurately and on time.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
