Pieces range from expansive paintings embellishing hallway walls to big bronze sculptures along miles of walking paths, making our corporate headquarters a beautiful place to work.

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update art database software including any movement of artwork locations.

• Handle weekly mail and email - including monitoring a shared inbox to process items like artist requests, invoices, etc. accordingly.

• Receive, measure and label all incoming artwork.

• Maintain artwork locations on building walking path maps.

• Create art invoice breakdowns.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel. Photoshop experience a plus.

• Data entry experience preferred.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
