Position Responsibilities
Lead the Compensation team to deliver excellent compensation programs in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Direct the design, implementation and communication of Uline compensation plans, policies and practices.
Spearhead the company’s compensation strategy, in collaboration with leadership and business teams, ensuring internal equity and market relevance.
Promote a culture of recognition with reward programs including annual salary, merit increases, bonus and retention programs that align with the current market and Uline’s performance.
Oversee the annual compensation cycle and budget, in partnership with Finance, to ensure accurate forecasting and accounting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (HR), Business or related field. Master’s degree, PHR / SPHR or CPP preferred.
8+ years of in-depth compensation experience with 5+ years in leadership.
Knowledge of compensation administration. Plan design experience preferred.
Familiar with federal, state and local wage and hour laws.
