  • Customer Service Representative (English & Bilingual (Spanish))

  • Customer Service Management Trainee

24/7 operation - various shifts available with set schedules.

Customer Service Representative

Both English and Bilingual Spanish openings are available

From $22 to $26 per hour (English only)

From $23 to $27 per hour (Bilingual English / Spanish)

  • Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.

  • Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.

  • Help customers navigate Uline's website and place orders online.

  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.

  • Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bilingual candidates must be 100% fluent in both English / Spanish (read, speak, write).

Customer Service Management Trainee
From $25 to $30 per hour

  • Manage and lead a team of customer service reps on a daily basis. 

  • Participate in a rotational training program covering all aspects of customer service management. 

  • Set goals and provide mentoring / coaching. 

  • Perform quality monitoring on team members and provide feedback. 

  • Audit department processes and identify areas for improvement. 

  • Assist in the recruiting process to fill customer service positions.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Excel at verbal communications, listening, feedback, delegation, fostering teamwork and multi-tasking. 

  • Strong track record of customer-focused service and attention to detail. 

  • Prior leadership / management experience is a plus. 

Customer Service Team Lead
From $28 to $35 per hour

  • Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives in all areas of performance including metrics and behaviors.

  • Audit phone, email and other customer interactions, observing performance, techniques and application of guidelines and procedures.

  • Evaluate quality, track results and provide coaching for increased success.

  • Provide feedback to management and challenge processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Complete performance reviews and assist with interviewing process for new Customer Service hires.

  • Train reps to understand policies, procedures and products.

  • Communicate policy updates and Uline information through team meetings and one-on-one sessions.

  • Document coaching and development sessions.

  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide weekly function support for customer interactions.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 

  • 3+ years customer service experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership / supervisory role preferred.
