Due to tremendous growth, Uline’s Pennsylvania Branch is expanding their multi-building Allentown location.

We are looking for an exceptional leader to oversee our day shift operations in one of our 1 million square-feet warehouse spaces stocking over 40,000 packaging, shipping, industrial and janitorial products.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, transfers, restock and aisle inventory maintenance.

• Lead and develop warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.

• Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in daily warehouse operations.

• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Management experience required.

• Knowledge of warehouse procedures.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Equipment experience preferred.

• Performance metrics and WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience a plus.
