With the addition of two brand-new aircraft, we need a mechanical expert to maintain our growing fleet. Join us as an Aircraft Mechanic to work on planes equipped with the latest innovations, earn industry-leading pay and work with a dedicated group of aviation professionals!

This position is based out of Waukegan National Airport in Waukegan, IL.

Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee safe maintenance and line operations on Dassault Falcon 2000 corporate jets.

  • Establish maintenance safety rules and procedures to ensure quality of aircraft, engine and avionics maintenance / repairs.

  • Perform all pre- and post-flight checks and inspections up to the 12-month level.

  • Order repair parts and maintain an inventory of spare parts and ground support equipment.

  • Establish and maintain logbooks, inspection schedules and records as required by Federal Aviation Regulations, Uline and other parties.

  • Ensure compliance with airworthiness directives, service bulletins, operator policies, regulations and inspections.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree a plus.

  • 5+ years mechanical knowledge and experience with Dassault Falcon aircrafts preferred.

  • Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate. Inspection Authorization (IA) certificate preferred.

  • EASy avionics system and recent corporate flight experience preferred.

  • Available for travel to all Uline’s North American branches.
