• Develop training content for Uline's 500+ employee North American Sales department.

• Design eLearning training modules with topics ranging from product education to soft skill development.

• Create content within a team environment to ensure content aligns with instructional design best practices.

• Identify learning gaps in our current training offering and report on findings.

• Review current training materials and assessments and recommend opportunities for improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, experience with Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Hardworking and enthusiastic personality.

• Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, Lectora, Adobe Captivate) and / or LMS software preferred.
