Position Responsibilities 

• Guide a team of analysts, promoting a positive work environment through a problem-solving attitude to achieve results.

• Review the team’s reports and analyses to ensure accuracy and data integrity.

• Present findings and opportunities effectively to Finance management.

• Work closely with department management to identify needs and develop improvements to reporting metrics and analysis.

• Support coaching and mentoring initiatives to promote department learning and development.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 2+ years of analyst experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong multi-tasking and communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.

• SQL and Excel experience.
