Position Responsibilities

• Implement Uline’s physical security initiatives and operations for all the company’s west coast locations.

• Oversee security processes and policies to reduce risk, respond to incidents and limit exposure and liability in all areas of risk.

• Conduct and supervise reports relating to internal and external investigations of any losses, violations of laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

• Manage the Uline Workplace Violence Prevention process within the region.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in police science, criminal justice, information security or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement or military service.

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

• Professional Security Certification, e.g. Certified Protection Professional (CPP).

• Interview course accreditation (i.e. Reid, Wicklander-Zulawski, PEACE, etc.).
