• Support business users by addressing Warehouse Management System (WMS) issues and change requests.

• Carry out root cause analysis / corrective action on WMS issues.

• Lead and participate in various projects to support testing and implementation of WMS improvements.

• Train management and staff on any new or changed system processes.

• Work with the operations team to identify and describe problems to inform corporate WMS support and IT to find solutions.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain or a related field preferred.

• Working knowledge of warehouse business processes (receiving, order release, picking through shipping).

• Strong communication, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.

• Experience with WMS systems, such as Manhattan, preferred.

• Lift, push, and slide packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
