• Manage Uline’s Oracle EBS application, providing responsive customer service to EBS users.

• Lead planning and implementation of large software development efforts involving multiple business stakeholders.

• Oversee the development team, setting strategy for designing and developing complex applications based on business requirements.

• Maintain knowledge of best practices in IT and software development / architecture.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field.

• 8+ years of experience managing an Oracle EBS environment and technology stack.

• Thorough knowledge of business processes including Financials, Purchasing, Cost and Inventory.

• Strong customer service experience in a leadership role.

• Experience leading a highly performant team supporting critical business applications.
