Position Responsibilities
  • Manage the Customer Service analytics team, listening to recommendations and taking measures to maximize team effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership, training and coaching.
  • Evaluate business processes, developing and implementing solutions for improvements.
  • Create performance and success reports.
  • Build and maintain relationships with branch leadership to drive performance.
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT groups.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years experience in business analysis.
  • Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
  • Experience in call center, warehouse, or supply chain environment.
  • Knowledge of data design, ETL process, data warehousing and SQL.
