Position Responsibilities
  • Manage the Customer Service Analytics team that is responsible for providing business intelligence about Customer Service and Contact Center operations. Listen to recommendations and take steps to maximize team effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership, training and coaching to improve business acumen, technical skills and achieving deliverables to the Customer Service organization.
  • Evaluate business processes, developing and implementing solutions for improvements.
  • Create new performance and success reports to hold the Customer Service team accountable for enhanced execution of processes and operating procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Branch Leadership to provide information and drive performance improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT groups.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years experience in business analysis.
  • Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
  • Experience in call center, warehouse, or supply chain environment.
  • Knowledge of data design, ETL process, data warehousing and SQL.
